Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Family Law Associate Solicitor (at least 3-years PQE) located in our London City Office. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases.
• Advise clients on all aspects of family law, offering tailored legal solutions.
• Manage complex and high-net-worth cases, particularly in financial disputes and children matters.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively in family law proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years PQE
• Proven track record in managing a varied caseload of complex family law matters.
• Has a considerable client following
• Experience in handling financial disputes, including high-net-worth cases, is highly desirable.
• Possess strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to case management
• Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be enthusiastic about business development and networking to grow the department
