Ciascuna parte apporter\u00e0 conoscenze e competenze diverse, sia che si tratti di capacit\u00e0 di gestione degli asset, sia che si tratti di competenze in materia di edilizia e costruzione, sia che si tratti di conoscenze e responsabilit\u00e0 di <a href=\"https:\/\/rfblegal.co.uk\/it\/servizi\/diritto-personale\/diritto-normativo\/\">regolatore<\/a> licenze legate alla propriet\u00e0, e\/o competenze in materia di prezzi e contabilit\u00e0.
