Variazioni post-mortem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Possiamo assistervi nella preparazione di un atto di variazione che consenta ai beneficiari di un'eredit\u00e0 di modificare i termini del testamento o le norme sull'intestazione e di trasferire ad altri alcuni o tutti i loro interessi nell'eredit\u00e0. A condizione che ci\u00f2 avvenga entro due anni dal decesso, la variazione avr\u00e0 effetto ai fini dell'imposta di successione come se le sue disposizioni fossero state incluse nel testamento stesso.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Una variazione pu\u00f2 essere utile ai fini della pianificazione fiscale per consentire ai figli adulti che ereditano i beni dei genitori di trasmettere tutta o parte dell'eredit\u00e0 ai propri figli senza che questa venga trattata come una donazione in vita e potenzialmente utilizzando la propria franchigia per l'imposta di successione.
