Brandy Chu is an Associate Solicitor in the residential property department at the firm’s London office. Specialising in a wide range of property matters, she handles the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, buy to let investments, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. She also has experience in shared ownership leases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining Ronald Fletcher Baker, Brandy studied law at the University of Leeds followed by the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at the University of Law in London. She trained in a boutique firm in the City and qualified as a solicitor in September 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brandy is from Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She has also been taking Japanese lessons in her spare time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
