Grazie alla sua conoscenza del processo, James ha apportato una prospettiva al dipartimento Contenzioso di RFB che ha permesso agli avvocati e ai partner di corrispondere con i tribunali in modo pi\u00f9 efficiente, consentendo una pi\u00f9 rapida progressione dei casi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La maggior parte dell'esperienza di James riguarda la redazione e la notifica di avvisi e istanze, nonch\u00e9 la preparazione e l'organizzazione delle comunicazioni ricevute e da inviare. James si occupa anche del lavoro di recupero crediti che comprende la raccolta di prove, la preparazione di lettere prima dell'azione e la stesura di atti di rivendicazione.
