Se Lei, o qualcuno per cui agisce, era un cliente dell'Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) e ha pagato spese relative a una tutela tra il 1\u00b0 aprile 2008 e il 31 marzo 2015, potrebbe avere diritto a un rimborso. Il Ministero della Giustizia (MOJ) stabilisce le spese di tutela dell\u2019OPG. Da una verifica condotta dal MOJ \u00e8 emerso che tali spese non sempre corrispondevano ai costi effettivamente sostenuti dall\u2019OPG per la supervisione delle tutele nel periodo compreso tra aprile 2008 e marzo 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo migliorato le modalit\u00e0 con cui forniamo assistenza e supervisioniamo le curatele e continuiamo a rivedere le nostre tariffe. Dal 1\u00b0 aprile 2015, ai clienti non sono state addebitate spese eccessive. Il Ministero della Giustizia ha ora istituito un programma di rimborso per consentire a coloro ai quali sono state addebitate tariffe superiori al necessario di ottenere un rimborso. Il programma sar\u00e0 gestito dall'OPG e non si applica alle tariffe pagate all'OPG Scotland, all'Office of Care and Protection in Irlanda del Nord o alla Court of Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cliente esistente<\/strong>&nbsp;Gli agenti attualmente in servizio con clienti idonei gi\u00e0 registrati saranno contattati da OPG e i loro clienti riceveranno automaticamente il rimborso. In questa fase non \u00e8 necessario che intraprendano alcuna azione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ex clienti<\/strong>&nbsp;Se il caso del cliente \u00e8 stato chiuso e la curatela \u00e8 terminata, sar\u00e0 necessario presentare una richiesta, poich\u00e9 non possiamo rimborsare automaticamente questi casi ammissibili.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo migliorato le modalit\u00e0 con cui forniamo assistenza e supervisioniamo le curatele e continuiamo a rivedere le nostre tariffe.
