Se l'immobile \u00e8 detenuto in comunione, i proprietari non hanno quote distinte e l'immobile passa automaticamente al superstite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se i vostri contributi al prezzo di acquisto, alle rate del mutuo o ai lavori sull\u2019immobile non sono equi e desiderate che ci\u00f2 venga riconosciuto in caso di vendita futura, oppure se non volete che la vostra quota dell\u2019immobile passi all\u2019altro comproprietario, dovrete detenere l\u2019immobile in compropriet\u00e0 semplice. Ciascun proprietario deterrebbe quindi una quota distinta dell\u2019immobile. Sarebbe inoltre consigliabile redigere una dichiarazione di trust. Questo documento definir\u00e0 i rispettivi interessi nell\u2019immobile e tuteler\u00e0 eventuali contributi iniziali o futuri apportati all\u2019immobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dichiarazione avr\u00e0 valore solo nel caso in cui i proprietari non riescano a trovare un accordo sulle rispettive quote di partecipazione qualora l\u2019immobile venisse venduto in futuro; i termini potranno essere modificati qualora la situazione dovesse cambiare.
