Joel is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team at the Old Street office and specialises in secured lending and bridging finance.

Joel qualified in September 2023 having trained at a City law firm.

Joel has experience in a number commercial and residential transactions including various lending deals and portfolio refinances. He has worked with overseas banks, bridging lenders, wealth management firms, real estate investment companies and individual borrowers.
