Matthew Doorbar

Matthew is a Corporate and Commercial solicitor based in the firm’s City Office, London. Matthew qualified in 2023 having trained with a City of London law firm.

Drawing from a diverse range of corporate experiences, Matthew is adept at providing legal counsel to corporations and enterprising business owners alike. His expertise spans the entire spectrum, from offering guidance to new startups embarking on their entrepreneurial voyage, to carefully steering company owners through the intricate processes of acquiring and disposing of shares in a business.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Matthew worked in securitisation transactions. During this period, he diligently assisted prominent financial institutions and banks in the issuance of securities, whilst also facilitating their access to crucial capital. The invaluable insights acquired during this time now serve as a cornerstone upon which Matthew has built his legal practice.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Matthew has a keen interest in rapidly evolving technologies such as the use of drones and artificial intelligence. In his leisure time, Matthew enjoys cooking and playing hockey.
