Thomas Janda

Tom is a Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential conveyancing based in the firm’s Manchester Office.

He has over 8 years of experience working in all manner of property transactions and was awarded ‘Highly Commended' in the Conveyancer of the Year category at the national Modern Law Conveyancing Awards in 2021.

Tom prides himself on delivering a pro-active and efficient service with high levels of communication with clients to ensure they are fully informed throughout the transaction. He understands that buying and selling can often be a stressful and opaque process so strives to always guide his clients with professionalism, a high level of empathy, and technical accuracy.

Outside of work, Tom is a foodie who loves to cook and also enjoys attending gigs and music festivals.
