Harry Coombe

Harry is a solicitor within the property team who acts on a range of residential property transactions from the Exeter office.

Since qualifying in September 2020, Harry has dealt with a broad base of transactions from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to re-mortgages, unregistered land, shared ownership properties and transfers of part.

Harry read Law at the University of Liverpool before returning to Exeter and obtaining his LPC with masters from the University of Law.

  • Harry has experience in dealing with a variety of residential properties ranging from £50,000 - £2,000,000.
  • Having trained and qualified in Exeter, Harry also has the benefit of exposure to more unique unregistered properties and can assist with first registrations, including where title deeds have been lost.
  • He has also acted on acquisitions of new build properties, shared ownership properties and has experience of dealing with transfers of part and the creation of new titles.
