Stephanie Leggett

Stephanie obtained her LLB Law Degree from the University of Leicester and carried out her LPC with a Masters at the University of Westminster.

Stephanie qualified as a solicitor in February 2022 and joined the Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP at their Baker Street Office in November 2023. Stephanie has experience dealing with Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, New Builds and Auction properties.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys going to music festivals and gigs and socialising with friends and family.

Mark Curtis

Mark is a Paralegal in the firm’s Property team at our Exeter office. He joined the team in June 2023 after previously having worked for another law firm in Exeter.  

Mark studied at Law at the University of Exeter and is in the process of completing the LPC qualification, also at the University of Exeter.  

In his spare time, Mark is an avid fan of Exeter Chiefs, regularly going to games and guests on, as well as edits, music-related podcasts.

Charles Ling

Charles is a Paralegal in the firm’s Property team, based in the Exeter office. He joined the team in June 2023 after previously having worked for his family’s property development business. 

He formerly studied Ancient History at Cardiff University before doing a Law conversion and completing the LPC LLM, also at Cardiff University. 

Outside of work, Charles enjoys playing golf and going to the horse races.

James Cook

James is a Litigation Paralegal in our Exeter office. He joined the team in August 2023 after working in Exeter County Court in their Civil Section.  

James graduated from City, University of London and is pursuing the SQE route to becoming a solicitor.  

Outside of work, James has a passion for health and fitness, reading and writing philosophy, as well as watching and playing football.

Ben Rimell

Ben Rimell

Ben is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Litigation Department, based in their Exeter office. He moved from Wales to join the team in August 2022. Ben completed his Law undergraduate degree at Swansea University and subsequently returned to complete his LPC, with a joint Masters in Advanced Drafting.  

Ben worked as an in-house Paralegal in Cardiff for 9 months before joining the firm as a Litigation Paralegal. After 6 months of working at the firm, Ben was offered a Training Contract and should qualify as a solicitor by February 2025.  

Outside of work, Ben enjoys working out at the gym and going on road trips.

Emily Maskrey

Emily Maskrey

Emily is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, based in their Exeter office. She joined the team in July 2022 after completing her Law undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter and achieving a distinction in her LPC MSc at the University of Law (Exeter). Emily will qualify as a solicitor in November 2024.  

When she is not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with her dog, Ludo.
