We act for a variety of clients including high net worth families, foreign domiciled individuals, entrepreneurs and elderly and vulnerable clients. We provide an efficient and empathetic approach to help clients through some of the toughest times in their lives and some of the most important decisions they will have to make.

The team comprises Devorah Ormonde and Chris O’Callaghan who are both qualified solicitors with extensive experience of all areas of private client practice and issues surrounding mental capacity. They are both members of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners which is the global professional network for private client specialists and assures the highest professional standards and of the Court of Protection Practitioners’ Association. Devorah Ormonde who heads the team is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and has completed the association education course of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and can also advise on any disputes arising out of the administration.
