Our family team has considerable experience in bringing emergency applications to the family court. We do this to protect vulnerable clients from the perpetrators of domestic violence and abuse. We understand the sensitive nature of these matters as well as the harmful impact of controlling and coercive behaviour upon its victims.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
