Si un bien immobilier est achet\u00e9 en nom commun, il peut s'agir d'un joint tenancy ou d'un tenancy in common. Si le bien est d\u00e9tenu en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, les propri\u00e9taires n'ont pas de parts distinctes et le bien est automatiquement transmis au survivant.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
