We have experience in handling cases in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal. We have handled Employment Tribunals of varying lengths up to 25 days and have experience in handling both individual and multi-party litigation, having acted in matters exceeding 500 claimants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent examples of work include advising a worldwide logistics company in its investigation of suspected employee misconduct; advising a charity on the employment aspects (including TUPE) of restructuring its business; and assisting a professional football club in negotiating a settlement of claims relating to the dismissal of a Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have recently acted for high net-worth individuals, a production company, a construction firm, a football club, a transportation company, and a charity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
