Knowing how internal processes should be carried out correctly benefits our employee clients, as we are able to pinpoint where these processes have not been carried out. It also enables us not only to defend employer clients but also to provide proactive advice to avoid such issues arising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">We have&nbsp;experience in handling cases in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal.
