Trusts are not the only tool available to families and the team<\/a> va<\/a> review the tax exposure of families and individuals when advising on wealth preservation strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team deals with the creation and registration of both lifetime trusts and will trusts, providing expert and clear advice to clients to ensure the best fit for the client\u2019s individual<\/a> needs. The team can also advise on potential changes to existing trust<\/a> arrangements and how to deal with a trust set up in a will following a death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also frequently<\/a> consulted in respect of the ongoing management of trusts by trustees. This can include advising in relation to the ongoing tax obligations and filings, the acquisition and disposal of assets, and distributions to those entitled to benefit from the trust. We can also assist with winding up<\/a> trusts and any resulting tax liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
