Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans un large \u00e9ventail de questions immobili\u00e8res, elle s'occupe de l'achat et de la vente de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s en pleine propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et \u00e0 bail, d'investissements de type \"buy to let\", de r\u00e9hypoth\u00e8ques, de transferts de capitaux et de transactions de nouvelles constructions. Elle a \u00e9galement de l'exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de baux de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant de rejoindre Ronald Fletcher Baker, Brandy a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le droit \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Leeds, puis le Legal Practice Course et le Master of Laws \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de droit de Londres. Elle a suivi une formation dans un cabinet de la City et s'est qualifi\u00e9e en tant que solicitor en septembre 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brandy est originaire de Hong Kong et parle couramment le cantonais et le mandarin. Elle prend \u00e9galement des cours de japonais pendant son temps libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
