Tom is a Council for Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) qualified, specialising in residential conveyancing based in the firm\u2019s Manchester Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has over 8 years of experience working in all manner of property transactions and was awarded \u2018Highly Commended’ in the Conveyancer of the Year category at the national Modern Law Conveyancing Awards in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tom prides himself on delivering a pro-active and efficient service with high levels of communication with clients to ensure they are fully informed throughout the transaction. He understands that buying and selling can often be a stressful and opaque process so strives to always guide his clients with professionalism, a high level of empathy, and technical accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
