Tamara is a specialist property lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and residential transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tamara acts for developers, lenders (with a particular focus on secured lending work), domestic and overseas investors, landlords and tenants of a wide range of different premises including offices, restaurants, retail and mixed use properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has experience of dealing with the more complex and very high value matters including hospitality, educational and ecclesiastical property and has been recommended by Legal 500 for her property finance work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has also advised on transfers of multiple diplomatic premises and regularly advises landlords and tenants on lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.
