Si vous, ou une personne pour laquelle vous agissez, \u00e9tiez client de l'Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) et avez pay\u00e9 des frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 une curatelle entre le 1er avril 2008 et le 31 mars 2015, vous pourriez avoir droit \u00e0 un remboursement. C'est le minist\u00e8re de la Justice (MOJ) qui fixe les frais de tutelle de l'OPG. Un examen men\u00e9 par le MOJ a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que ces frais ne correspondaient pas toujours aux co\u00fbts r\u00e9els engag\u00e9s par l'OPG pour superviser les tutelles entre avril 2008 et mars 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont nous accompagnons et supervisons les mandats de curatelle et nous continuons \u00e0 revoir nos tarifs. Depuis le 1er avril 2015, les clients ne se sont plus vu facturer des frais excessifs. Le minist\u00e8re de la Justice a d\u00e9sormais mis en place un dispositif de remboursement permettant \u00e0 ceux qui ont d\u00fb s'acquitter de frais plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que n\u00e9cessaire d'obtenir un remboursement. Ce programme sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l'OPG et ne s'applique pas aux frais vers\u00e9s \u00e0 l'OPG Scotland, \u00e0 l'Office of Care and Protection en Irlande du Nord ou \u00e0 la Cour de protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Client existant<\/strong>&nbsp;Les mandataires actuels ayant des clients \u00e9ligibles seront contact\u00e9s par OPG et leurs clients seront automatiquement rembours\u00e9s.
