The law surrounding the protection of distinctive business<\/a> ideas (such as business names, materials, inventions, and product designs) is known as Intellectual Propri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a> law. It is relevant to every<\/a> type of business \u2013 from a family owned manufacturer of jewellery to a global<\/a> brand like Coca-Cola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
