Cette initiative, qui s'inscrit dans le cadre du programme du Parti travailliste <a href=\"https:\/\/d1bjkg80djm167.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/2023\/10\/New-Deal-Booklet.pdf\"><em>\u2018 Un nouveau pacte pour les travailleurs \u00bb<\/em>, \u2019<\/a> vise \u00e0 lutter contre les pratiques de travail abusives et \u00e0 renforcer les droits des travailleurs. Vous trouverez ci-dessous un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des modifications propos\u00e9es dans le nouveau projet de loi sur les droits du travail :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mesures imm\u00e9diates de protection des travailleurs :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Parti travailliste pr\u00e9voit d'accorder un cong\u00e9 parental, des indemnit\u00e9s de maladie et une protection contre le licenciement abusif d\u00e8s le premier jour d'emploi, bien que certaines conditions s'appliquent pendant la p\u00e9riode d'essai.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. L'interdiction des contrats \u00ab z\u00e9ro heure \u00bb :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de loi vise \u00e0 supprimer les contrats \u00ab z\u00e9ro heure \u00bb et \u00e0 obliger les employeurs \u00e0 proposer des contrats refl\u00e9tant les heures de travail effectives, afin d'assurer une plus grande stabilit\u00e9 de l'emploi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Mettre fin aux pratiques de \u2018 licenciement puis r\u00e9embauche \u2019 :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Parti travailliste entend mettre fin \u00e0 la pratique consistant \u00e0 licencier des employ\u00e9s pour les r\u00e9embaucher ensuite \u00e0 des conditions moins favorables, et plaide en faveur d'une protection juridique renforc\u00e9e contre cette pratique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 l'indemnit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale de maladie :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les modifications propos\u00e9es pr\u00e9voient notamment la suppression du seuil de revenu minimum et de la p\u00e9riode d'attente pour l'indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re de maladie (SSP), afin d'\u00e9largir l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 cette prestation \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de travailleurs, en particulier ceux occupant des emplois peu r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s ou \u00e0 temps partiel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Modalit\u00e9s de travail flexibles par d\u00e9faut :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Parti travailliste souhaite faire du travail flexible la norme d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, les employeurs devant justifier tout refus. Cette mesure refl\u00e8te l'importance croissante accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Renforcement des mesures de protection pour les nouvelles m\u00e8res :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de loi propose de rendre ill\u00e9gal le licenciement d'une femme dans les six mois suivant son retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, sauf dans des circonstances particuli\u00e8res, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'emploi des nouvelles m\u00e8res.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cr\u00e9ation d'une agence pour l'emploi \u00e9quitable :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d'une nouvelle Agence pour l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 au travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e afin de garantir le respect de ces droits renforc\u00e9s, de traiter les \u00e9ventuelles violations et de promouvoir l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable dans le secteur des services sociaux pour adultes :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscient de la sous-\u00e9valuation des professionnels des services sociaux aux adultes, le Parti travailliste pr\u00e9voit de mettre en place un accord sur les salaires \u00e9quitables afin de fixer des normes salariales minimales dans ce secteur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Abrogation de la loi sur les niveaux de service minimaux :\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de loi propose d'abroger les dispositions l\u00e9gales imposant des niveaux de service minimaux pendant les gr\u00e8ves, ce qui, selon le Parti travailliste, restreint le droit des travailleurs \u00e0 mener des actions collectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
