Par exemple :&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O\u00f9 la notification doit-elle \u00eatre remise ? Par exemple, y a-t-il une adresse pr\u00e9cise ? ;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis ;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le mode de transmission de la notification (par exemple, en mains propres, par e-mail, par fax, par courrier postal, etc.) ; et\/ou&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S'il y a des informations sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 fournir (ce qui vous oblige souvent \u00e0 donner autant de d\u00e9tails que possible sur une violation potentielle)&nbsp;<br><br>Il est \u00e9galement important de consigner avec pr\u00e9cision la date et les modalit\u00e9s de notification afin de pouvoir fournir la preuve de la signification de l'avis.&nbsp;<br><br>Une erreur \u00e0 ce sujet pourrait entra\u00eener la nullit\u00e9 de la mise en demeure, ce qui pourrait vous priver de la possibilit\u00e9 de faire valoir un recours pour violation de garantie.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lai de prescription :<\/strong> V\u00e9rifiez si le contrat de vente (SPA) pr\u00e9voit un d\u00e9lai de prescription sp\u00e9cifique pour introduire une action en justice.
