Acuerdos prenupciales y postnupciales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Los acuerdos nupciales son acuerdos que pretenden regular el reparto de bienes en caso de ruptura de un matrimonio o de una uni\u00f3n civil. Pueden celebrarse antes o despu\u00e9s del matrimonio o la uni\u00f3n civil.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Aunque los acuerdos nupciales est\u00e1n ganando impulso y \u2018peso\u2019 en los tribunales, no son vinculantes en Inglaterra y Gales y el tribunal conserva su discreci\u00f3n para dividir los bienes de las partes de acuerdo con lo que es \u2019justo\u2018.
