colectivo de inquilinos cualificados del bloque de pisos el derecho a enfranquiciar colectivamente el dominio absoluto de su bloque, es decir, comprar el inter\u00e9s de dominio absoluto por una franquicia<\/li>\r\n \t<li>- Le asesoraremos en relaci\u00f3n con la creaci\u00f3n de una sociedad compradora nominativa \/ la suscripci\u00f3n de un acuerdo de participaci\u00f3n, si procede.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>- Prepararemos la Notificaci\u00f3n de la Secci\u00f3n 13, la notificaremos al arrendador competente y a todas las dem\u00e1s partes pertinentes, y responderemos a las
