Ben was admitted as a solicitor in August 2025, when he joined Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP as part of the litigation team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has experience across a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters, with a particular specialism in loan disputes, including those involving bridging finance. Ben regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers, giving him a well-rounded and commercially pragmatic perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ben also has significant experience in enfranchisement and lease extension matters, with a particular interest in cases involving missing freeholders. In addition, he frequently advises on breach of covenant claims, boundary disputes, and a wide range of other contentious property issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside his property and commercial litigation practice, Ben also advises on employment disputes, acting for both employers and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to qualifying, Ben spent five years working in business management, an experience which he draws upon to bring a practical and commercially minded approach to his legal work. He studied the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, achieving a distinction in both, before completing his training contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
