Si la propiedad se mantiene en r\u00e9gimen de tenencia conjunta, los propietarios no tienen partes diferenciadas y la propiedad pasar\u00eda autom\u00e1ticamente al superviviente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tus aportaciones al precio de compra, a los pagos de la hipoteca o a las obras realizadas en la vivienda son desiguales y deseas que se tengan en cuenta en una eventual venta, o si no quieres que tu parte de la vivienda pase al otro copropietario, deber\u00e1s constituir la propiedad como \u00abcopropietarios en com\u00fan\u00bb. De este modo, cada propietario poseer\u00eda una parte distinta de la vivienda. Tambi\u00e9n ser\u00eda recomendable redactar una declaraci\u00f3n de fideicomiso. Este documento detallar\u00e1 sus respectivos derechos sobre la vivienda y proteger\u00e1 cualquier aportaci\u00f3n inicial o futura a la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solo se recurrir\u00e1 a esta declaraci\u00f3n en caso de que los propietarios no logren ponerse de acuerdo sobre sus participaciones si la propiedad se vendiera en el futuro, y sus condiciones podr\u00e1n modificarse si la situaci\u00f3n cambia.
