En primer lugar, acuse recibo de la queja por escrito y organice una inspecci\u00f3n de la vivienda lo antes posible. Deber\u00eda hacerlo:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acuse recibo de la carta sin demora.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Busque asesoramiento jur\u00eddico inmediatamente<\/strong> - debe seguir el Protocolo de Actuaci\u00f3n Previa para Casos de Deterioro de la Vivienda.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspeccionar la propiedad y llevar un registro detallado<\/strong> (fotos, informes del inspector, registros de reparaciones).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Efectuar las reparaciones necesarias<\/strong> sin demora.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>No responder adecuadamente puede aumentar el riesgo de que se inicie un procedimiento judicial y se le impongan costes adicionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P: \u00bfQu\u00e9 aspectos de un inmueble se consideran deteriorados?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general, el deterioro se refiere al estado original de la propiedad.
