Job description<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-time, office-based role for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal located in our Holborn office. As a Real Estate Finance Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, etc..)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • File closing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Liaising with clients, agents and solicitors with general enquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • At least 12 months of experience as a property paralegal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Completing SDLT Returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Companies House submissions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Submitting\u00a0HMLR\u00a0applications and dealing with requisitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Dealing with Leasehold post-completion requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assisting fee earners with\u00a0exchange and completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
