Breaching these duties can lead to significant legal and financial consequences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are answers to some common questions relating to breaches of directors\u2019 duties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>What Are the Primary Duties of a Director?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The primary duties of a director are set out in the Companies Act 2006 (\u201cCA 2006\u201d).
