They can be unconditional or subject to specific terms as deemed appropriate by the court. Although injunctions originated as an equitable remedy, they are now granted under <a href=\"https:\/\/rfblegal.co.uk\/es\/perspectivas\/asesoramiento-sobre-molestias-legales-para-propietarios-y-agentes-de-la-administracion\/\">statutory<\/a> authority, specifically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/ukpga\/1981\/54\/section\/37\">Art\u00edculo 37 de la Ley de Tribunales Superiores de 1981<\/a>, que permite al tribunal dictar una orden judicial cuando lo considere justo y conveniente.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Pedidos a cuenta<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Court may also determine that it is fair and just to order an account.
