Concretamente, existen cinco reg\u00edmenes generales que rigen la ejecuci\u00f3n de la sentencia extranjera&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El r\u00e9gimen brit\u00e1nico\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El r\u00e9gimen europeo\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El r\u00e9gimen del common law\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Convenio de La Haya sobre acuerdos de elecci\u00f3n de foro\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9gimen de Common Law<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A falta de reg\u00edmenes legales o tratados aplicables, el r\u00e9gimen del common law es el que se aplica por defecto a las resoluciones judiciales obtenidas en pa\u00edses como EE.UU., Rusia o Hong Kong (RAE).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de otros reg\u00edmenes, que prev\u00e9n el reconocimiento y la ejecuci\u00f3n de una sentencia extranjera, el r\u00e9gimen de common law exige que se interponga una nueva demanda en Inglaterra y Gales.
