Bei Gesamthandseigentum haben die Eigent\u00fcmer keine gesonderten Anteile, und die Immobilie geht automatisch auf den L\u00e4ngstlebenden \u00fcber.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Wenn die K\u00e4ufer sich in unterschiedlichem Ma\u00dfe am Kaufpreis, an den Hypothekenzahlungen oder an den Renovierungskosten beteiligen und gew\u00fcnscht wird, dass dies beim sp\u00e4teren Verkauf der Immobilie ber\u00fccksichtigt wird, muss die Immobilie als Miteigentum gehalten werden. Jeder Eigent\u00fcmer w\u00fcrde dann einen eigenen Anteil an der Immobilie besitzen. Es w\u00e4re au\u00dferdem ratsam, eine Treuhandvereinbarung zu erstellen.
