Rebecca Roberts


Rebecca is a Partner at the firm, practising at our London City offices. She specialises in Company and Commercial work and also has experience in the associated fields of Employment and Commercial Litigation. She is a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer.

She has experience of acting in company and shareholders disputes, shipping disputes and insolvency actions such as winding up, directors public examination and disqualification proceedings, and applications made in the course of bankruptcy.
Employment Law
Rebecca Roberts has a great deal of experience in acting for both employers and employees.
The Employment department provides specialist advice on issues including redundancy, business restructuring, TUPE, disciplinary and grievances, as well defending Employment Tribunal Claims and injunctions to prevent breach of confidence. Where employers do not have a dedicated human resources department we are able to provides a bespoke, practical service.
We are regularly instructed in Employment Tribunal cases in claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and a range of other claims; and also acts in High Court claims involving restrictive Covenants.
