Rosa works from the firm’s West End office in Baker Street London and is sought after by large commercial and residential development companies across a range of property matters.
Rosa has developed an expertise in service charge disputes and is regularly instructed by large commercial landlords and leaseholders in contested cases before the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Rosa has experience of advising on the consultation requirements, dispensation and recovery of service charges as well as forfeiture for non-payment.
Rosa has experience of advising landlords and leaseholders on matters involving collective enfranchisement of blocks of flats, individual lease extensions and the right of first refusal.
Rosa is also experienced in dealing with contentious commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as well as real property disputes such as breaches of restrictive covenant; Party Wall disputes Trusts of Land, trespass and planning disputes.
Rosa is member of the Property Litigation Association and the Law Society. She was awarded the University of Brighton’s Academic Prize: 1st out of Class (97 pupils) in Undergraduate Law of Torts.
