Danielle is a Solicitor at the firm’s Baker Street office specialising in Commercial and Property Litigation. Danielle is part of the Property Litigation team recognised in the Legal 500 2016 as “excellent, dynamic and results driven”.
Danielle has experience in a range of contentious property matters both residential and commercial, including opposed and unopposed business lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 with particular experience with leases contested on redevelopment grounds under section 30(1) f of the 1954 Act. In addition, Danielle is regularly instructed on matters involving forfeiture for commercial and mixed use, original tenant liability, complex residential evictions involving Assured Tenancies, Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Licence Agreements and Excluded Licence Agreements and in respect of lease extensions and collective enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
Danielle is sought after by freehold companies to challenge local authorities relating to demands, summonses and liability orders for national non-domestic rates including empty and charitable rates relief. Danielle is also has experience acting for companies, directors and individuals relating to company and/or business disputes, breach of directors duties and breach of contract.
Outside of work Danielle keeps fit at the gym or swimming. Danielle represented her County in swimming and is also a qualified swimming instructor.
