Each dispute requires a bespoke solution and we aim to conduct litigation through efficient case management in a fast and cost effective manner.

Our fixed and hourly rates are highly competitive. We recognise that our clients require their cases to be dealt with both professionally and efficiently and therefore provide advice through a team that is highly skilled, firm and commercially sensitive. Cost estimates are given at the outset and updates are provided at regular intervals to enable our clients to budget the cost of litigation.

We specialise in managing complex cases involving multiple claims and parties, often with a multi-jurisdictional remit. We deal with a broad range of commercial disputes ranging from Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration to Court based litigation. Our focus is on identifying key issues in litigation at an early stage enabling us to provide tactical and pragmatic legal advice.

Often in litigation reacting swiftly and decisively is essential. Should your matter be urgent, for instance you require immediate remedies such as injunctions we are highly responsive and able to accept instructions on an emergency basis. We work in tandem with our white collar and criminal fraud team on matters involving asset recovery and tracing, commercial fraud, private prosecutions and disclosure.
